How do I adjust the insoles to fit my shoes?

Our insoles havecutting markson the back. Simply:

Remove the original insole from your shoe (if possible)
Position the ComfortFlow insole
If it goes beyond the lines, cut along the guide lines with scissors.

Are the insoles suitable for all types of shoes?

Yes, they fit most shoes: sneakers, dress shoes, ankle boots, safety shoes, hiking boots. For very tight-fitting or high-heeled shoes, check that there is enough space.

Can I use the same insoles in multiple pairs of shoes?

Technically yes, but we recommend havinga dedicated pair per shoefor optimal comfort and to avoid cutting/recutting the insoles.

How do I clean my soles?

My package seems to be stuck, what should I do?

If the scans do not move during48 hours, contact our teamwith your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution: replacement or reshipment if necessary.

Can I return my insoles?

Yes. You have14 daysAfter delivery, to return your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, items must beunopened, unused and sealedin their original packaging.

How to initiate a return?

Contact our teamwith your order number. We will guide you through the quick and easy steps. After verification, you will be able to choose aexchange, A to haveor arefund.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases ofpreparation error, of defective productordamaged itemupon receipt. In this case, we will arrange the solution at our expense.

When will I receive my refund?
